Ltd., a company incorporated under the laws mentioned in the Company act 2013 of India, registered at 601, 6th Floor, Link Rose, Above Levi's Store, Linking Road, Santacruz West, Mumbai - 400054, mentions a details of our Refund policy in regards to Not So Pink, an e-commerce retail platform that offers retail solutions and facilitates the purchase of Fashion & Lifestyle products.

Accepting the mentioned terms, the user provides Soch Retail Pvt Ltd. an authorisation to communicate the order details as in order confirmation, tracking details etc via email, SMS and WhatsApp.

Throughout this document, “we”, “us”, “our”, “ours” refer to Soch Retail Pvt. Ltd. Wherever we have said ‘USER’ it refers to YOU or the end consumer.

The user here refers to any person who visits, browses, or registers with the platform i.e Soch Retail Pvt. Ltd.

‘Not So Pink’, an e-commerce platform powered by Soch Retail Pvt. Ltd. has drafted a Refund Policy that aids in the smooth functioning of the overall process.

‘Not So Pink’, assures a full refund on all eligible products returned if not soiled, stained, or used and that all labels or tags are intact. The product must be in its original condition when returned and must pass the Quality Check for the refund to be processed.

In the case of undergarments, the products won't be eligible for a refund or exchange if used, for sanitary and safety reasons.

Exchange of products can only be processed once. The customer is eligible to exchange or replace the product. However, if the customer is still not happy or satisfied with the exchanged product then a return will be placed again. In an unlikely scenario, if the customer wishes to place an exchange for the third time, the request won’t be processed as the customer has to cancel the order and opt for a refund. The customer can place a fresh request if he/she wishes to buy the product.

Following the Quality Check, refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment. In case of Cash on Delivery orders, the customer will have the option to receive the refund in the form of store credit in the ‘Not So Pink’ wallet or the specified bank account.

Refund for Pay on Delivery Orders:

In case of Cash on Delivery orders, ‘Not So Pink’ platform will process the refund to your bank account via NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer).
